MARSS supported a UK-based drone programme supplying by establishing a robust supply chain for specialist and hard-to-source UAS components in high volumes.

Against a challenging and constrained supply environment, MARSS identified, source and supplied critical components which providing assurance over provenance, authenticity and continuity of supply.

  • Rapidly scaling drone production required access to specialist components that were increasing difficult to source in high quantities though conventional supply chains.
